Dr Patel is our Principal Dentist and Prosthodontist, qualifying from St Thomas' and Guy's Hospital in London. Over the years he has undergone extensive training in the UK, Europe and USA at establishments such as the Pankey Institute in Florida and he is one of London's leading progressive dentists.
After a 4 year intensive programme, Nissit has been awarded the prestigious title of Master of Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics with distinction from King's College, London. Only a small percentage of dentists in the UK have achieved this title. He is also a past winner of London's Best Young Dentist at the Dentistry Awards and double finalist for Best Dentist South at the Dental Awards.
He has a particular expertise in the treatment of complex cases involving cosmetic dentistry, dental implants and orthodontics. He also accepts referrals from other dentists in the management of these cases. Nissit has a great passion for dentistry and strongly believes that a minimally invasive approach coupled with the latest techniques can produce highly aesthetic, natural and long lasting results.
From 2007-2014, Dr Patel was a Clinical Teacher in restorative dentistry at one of the UK's top teaching universities at Guy's Hospital, Kings College London, where he was responsible for the clinical supervision and teaching of dental undergraduates. He has now joined the postgraduate department at King's College, working with the MClinDent Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics team.
Away from dentistry, Nissit enjoys most sports and is a keen runner.

Paula is our Practice Manager and Treatment Co-ordinator. She has over 20 years of experience in the dental profession, initially starting as a dental nurse in Ireland.
She then undertook a year long Practice Manager course and has worked with all dental specialists such as Endodontists, Oral Surgeons, Implantologists and Cosmetic Dentists in Harley Street and Kensington.
Paula is the first line of contact and she has a vast knowledge of all dental fields. She will be happy to discuss any treatment options with you over the phone or via e mail no matter how large or small your query.
Paula enjoys outdoor pursuits, literature and travelling.

Dr Alberto Molina has joined us as our resident Endodontist, with his practice limited to root canal treatments, re root treatments, post removal and apical surgery.
Alberto qualified from the Universidad del Zulia, Venezuela in 2001 and has a Masters degree in endodontics from the International University of Catalonia. He has written over 16 scientifc articles in the field of endodontics.
Dr Molina offers all treatment using our amazing CJ Optik microscope.

Joanna qualified as a dental technician in Romania in 2009 where she practiced for a few years. She then moved to the UK, enrolled in the South London Academy for dental nursing and graduated in April 2017.
She has been part of the team since 2015 and has become a valuable and respected member of the practice.
Joanna is now our head nurse and is up to speed in all aspects of her job. She will make sure you have a very pleasant experience at the practice.
She speaks Romanian and English fluently. Jo is married and has a 2 year old son which takes up most of her free time.

Beata is a Dental Hygienist and Therapist and she graduated from King’s College Hospital with a distinction and received an award for Academic Excellence. She started her career in dentistry in 2011 obtaining the National Certificate in Dental Nursing and Oral Health Education. She joined Progressive Dentistry in 2017.
She works closely with Dr Patel and is very dedicated and passionate about transforming patient’s oral health and providing them with cutting-edge periodontal laser therapy.
She is amongst the few dental hygienists and therapists in the UK to provide an advanced dental laser treatment and she is actively involved in mentoring dental professionals in the UK and internationally. She has conducted extensive research on gum disease and the results of her research have been published in dental journals.
She regularly attends courses and conferences in order to stay up to day with the newest technologies and to provide her patients with the best care.
Beata also provides oral health promotion to school children and recently completed an overseas volunteering programme providing dental care to indigenous Amazonians in Peru.
Outside of work Beata is a busy mum and has a variety of interests including: cycling, snowboarding and scuba diving.

Mr Kassam has joined our team as a Consultant Maxillofacial/ Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. He currently holds posts as a Consultant at the BMI London Independent Hospital and the Leceister Royal Infirmary whilst also running clinics in Harley Street, London.
His arrival allows us to provide in house referrals for complex areas such as impacted wisdom teeth, all aspects of oral surgery, dental implants, sinus grafting, hard and soft tissue grafting, suspected cancers, temporomandibular joint surgery and all aspects of oral medicine.
He is also an expert in the field of facial medicine and aesthetics includiing anti wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, rhinoplasty, chin re shaping, correction of gummy smiles and offers medical grade skin care.
Almost all treatments will be available at the practice without the need for outside lengthy referrals.

Dr. Shah graduated from the University of Manchester Dental School in 2012. He then completed his Dental Foundation Training year as part of the London Deanery of Dentistry where he excelled and was awarded “Best Case Presentation” in the Whipps Cross Scheme.
Dr. Shah has always been driven and was an elected representative on the British Dental Association Student Committee as well as the European Dental Student Association, involving himself in all aspects of dentistry. He has completed training with the highly respected Dr. Richard Porter in Advanced Operative Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry, striving to provide his patients with the highest levels of excellence.
He is dedicated to his profession and is known for his friendly, calm approach with excellent communication, believing in explaining all options thoroughly and involving patients actively in their treatment. He aims to ensure that he is continually improving and developing as a dental professional.

Michaela qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist at King's College Hospital in 2020.
Working alongside the Progressive Dentistry team, she aims to help deliver excellent patient care which enables patients to improve their oral hygiene. She understands that not everyone enjoys coming to the dentist, but she is keen to help put every patient at ease. She is interested in preventative dental care for both adults and children, periodontal treatment, Zoom whitening and with the hope to branch into aesthetic dentistry.
In her free time she enjoys swimming, baking, being by the sea, travelling and she's started to learn the violin.
