Our case of the month for December involves closing a gap between the front teeth. The space was closed using a cosmetic ceramic brace placed on the outside of the teeth. This is a fantastic way of improving the smile quickly and without the visible implications of metal. In only a few months the gap was closed fully and secured with a fixed retainer placed on the inside of the teeth.
