The case of the month for January involves a fantastic smile transformation. Initially our patient presented with severe tooth wear, discolouration and crowding. Dr Nissit Patel initially aligned the teeth with the Inman aligner. A course of tooth whitening was then undertaken with wonderful results. Finally, 6 ultra thin porcelain veneers were placed to transform and rejuvenate the smile. Here are the before and after photographs:
